BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS
Booking with our Company in any of our tours and services means that you acknowledge and have read, understand and agree with our Terms & Conditions
1.- BOOKING CONFIRM
A contrac exist when you receive a written confirmation after receipt the applicable deposit amount. Is important to check your confirmation form and correct personal information for each participant.
To make a booking and contrac the passanger must be over 18 years old
In case you want to book for another persons you represent and warrant that you have all requiered consents and you are responsable for verifying all information you provide to our Company
2.- DEPOSIT
Deposit must be done by the time you make the booking confirmation, deposits are per person or group acording our policy 50% of total Price of any of our services Non refundable plus our intermeditate patners charges
Bookings with 45 days prior to service deposit must be 100% non refundable.
Some services offered by our Company may require you to make full payment at the time of booking. We will advise you of any such requirements prior to confirmation of the application booking.
3.- REMAIND BALANCE PAYMENT
The confirmation of requiered service o services will contain details of final remaind payment for any booking. Remaind balance will be pay in current us Dollars or Peruvian soles acording the Exchange rate when you pay the balance
Our Company is not responsable for any aditional charges of credit cards and financial institutions that client use in transactions
4.- CONDITIONS TO BOOKING
To Consider a booking, you must provide us the information requested in reservation process and Form wich is all personal information. If you fail to supply information required by our Company you will be liable for any costs, fees or losses including failure to obtain or provide that inclusion.
5.- ABOUT PRICES , ADITIONAL CHARGES OR TAXES
After we confirm via e mail or other chanel the Price and you make for your deposit our Company will not increase the Price of your tour, usually we will advertised about surcharges specially for Visa , Master cardo r American express. Important to know if you ask for aditionals for example. Single acomodations in tents and hotels, sleeping bags, trekking poles , etc.
Our prices includes peruvian taxes if we have a specially taxes will let you know
6.- CANCELLATIONS BY CLIENTS
In case you want to cancel your booking you have to notify via e mail , cancellation fees is determined with reference to the date on wich notice of cancellation is know by our sales or reservation area.
The cancellation fees is expressed as a percentage of total Price of service excluding other aditional costs. ( money transfer fees )
Cancellation of service:
6.1. Cancellation received 360 days prior to departure your deposit is not refundable.
6.2. cancelllations received 120 – 359 days prior to departure the cancellation fee is 60 % of total Price of service.
6.3. Cancellations received 60 to 119 days prior to departure date, cancellation fee is 70% of total Price of service
6.4. Cancellations received 20 to 59 days prior to departure date, cancellation fee is 80% of total Price of service.
6.5. Cancellations received 1 to 19 day prior to departure date, cancellation fee is 100% of total Price of service.

7.- CANCELLATIONS BY OUR COMPANY
In case a service o services are cancelled by our Company before the date of departure due Natural conditions earquakes or other weather conditions wich the Company consider a risk for service operations or other reasons not manage by our Company , strikes o social problems
7.1. we will refund 50% of your deposit due peruvian goverment don’t refund entrance to archeological sites.
8.- ACCEPTANCE OF RISK
Is important your acknowledge that adventures travel services offered by our Company may involve a significant amount of risk to your health and safety. you acknowledge that you have considered any potential risks to health and safety.
You hereby assume responsibility for all such risks and release our Company from all claims and causes of action arising from any losses, damages or injuries or death resulting from risks inherent in travel.
9.- CONTRACT PARTIES
The this booking terms wich is a contrac is between Our Company and the client or clients , the representative of our Company is the Manager
10.- APPLICABLE LAW
This booking terms wich is a contrac are subject to the laws of Peruvian country and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Cusco – Peru for the resolution of any dispute under these Terms or concerning any Tour, product or service.
